European Renaissance Seeks Development Sites
European Renaissance has today announced that the company is seeking development sites of value 1 million Euros and upwards in the United Kingdom or in other parts of the European Union. Both residential and commercial proposals are of interest to European Renaissance's clients.
David Scougall, Chairman of European Renaissance, said, "This is an exciting time for European Renaissance, as we take forward our business and involvement across Europe.
"The scope for development of brownfield sites across the UK and Europe at the moment is enormous. We are looking for proposals which will allow European Renaissance and its partners to expand their activities and interests in a range of sectors across the market.
"European Renaissance have been involved in a major conference on brownfield site development in the Czech Republic, as guests of CzechInvest.
"Alongside the physical regeneration emphasis we are now looking carefully also at knowledge transfer issues. We exploring the possibility of setting up a one-stop shop incubator in Prague to help bring all these aspects of renewal and development together. Local Prague entrepreneur Martin Petrzik has been recruited to support the company in bringing forward this idea."
